Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad, tap the Search tab, type 'Summon Social', and then tap Get next to our listing. You might like to create an account using your email address and a password to make full use of the App.

When you first sign in, the app will ask for permission to send notifications. If you previously denied this, open the iOS Settings app, scroll to Summon Social, tap Notifications, and turn on Allow Notifications. You can fine-tune alert styles, sounds, and badges from the same screen.

Summon Social only asks for the permissions it needs to help you connect with friends and share moments. To review or change these, open the iOS Settings app, scroll to Summon Social, and toggle each permission. You can change your mind at any time — the app will gracefully handle any permission you deny.

Universal Links require the Summon Social app to be installed and that you have opened it at least once while signed in. If a link opens in Safari instead, long-press the link and choose 'Open in Summon Social'. Reinstalling the app and signing in again will usually restore Universal Link handling.

Open the App Store and tap your profile picture in the top-right corner. Scroll down to see pending updates and tap Update next to Summon Social, or tap Update All. Enabling automatic updates in iOS Settings > App Store will keep the app current without manual steps.

From within the App open the Account menu and enable Shake To Complain, then give the device a moderate shake when youre having a problem to bring up the reporting screen. Alternatively you can manually navigate to this window (Profile > About > Report an issue) and make a report. Either way, we'll investigate.
